General Rental Terms

Capacity of the apartment

The number of people occupying the apartment must absolutely not exceed the number of beds indicated in the apartment. on the technical sheet of the rented property. No exemptions will be given. This is to guarantee maximum comfort at home. our customers.

Use of premises

Once the rental contract is signed; by both parties, the tenant undertakes to respect the following rules:

The apartment will only be occupied. only for private purposes during their tourist or professional stay. Under no circumstances can it be used for an activity commercial, artisanal or professional.

The apartment must be occupied by the signatory of the contract and those accompanying them within the limit of the number of people that the place can accommodate. A proof of identity tenants will be asked to their arrival.

The tenant and his/her companions undertake to comply with their obligations. not commit any act that could harm; tranquility from other residents of the building. The rules of co-ownership are applicable to the tenant.

In the case of a complaint for nuisance, only liability is imposed. of the tenant is committed. In the event of a nuisance observed, compensation may be required. the request any complainant to compensation, possibly withheld from the deposit, and the tenant's departure may be requested. without the latter being able to request reimbursement of the balance of the stay.

All intentional or unintentional damage caused by the tenant and loss of keys during his stay will be charged to him.

The O'Lord establishment may not be held responsible for water or electricity outages.

The tenant has the obligation to return the apartment in the condition in which it was received. he found it. Otherwise, it authorizes the establishment to continue. commit to at its expense the expenses necessary for the release or restoration of the premises.

With respect for health of each, all our apartments are non-smoking. We will therefore ask you to respect this choice for a better environment. A deduction from the deposit may be made for additional cleaning and/or smoke extraction of curtains, carpets, textiles.

Complaints and Mediation:

2- Additional conditions of rental contracts

Confirmation by deposit

When booking, it is requested to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your rental in order to confirm it. The amount to be paid Paying is detailed. online. The deposit can be paid at any time. in different ways:

by secure payment online by credit card (at our HSBC banking establishment). By this payment, the reservation is immediately confirmed,

By a bank transfer to Paris Otherwise on the account opened at the Bank CREDIT AGRICOLE, 14 RUE DES MARTYRS 75009 Paris:

If you choose bank transfer or cash mandate, your reservation will be held for 48 hours pending payment. After 48 hours, if payment is not made, the option expires and the availability of the apartment will no longer be guaranteed.

An email in return will confirm the reservation of your apartment and the detailed invoice will be attached.

Payment of the balance of your stay

15 days before your arrival you will receive an email asking you to pay the balance of your stay. It can be donee 3 ways:

Online payment via a secure system.

By a bank transfer to Paris Otherwise on the account opened at the Bank CREDIT AGRICOLE, 14 RUE DES MARTYRS 75009 Paris:

The balance can also be paid in advance. on the day of your arrival in cash (in euros only), or by credit card.

No access card the apartment will not be released without full payment for your stay.

Contract

On receipt of payment for your stay, you will receive the rental contract by email.

Guarantee deposit

A deposit of 500 € you will be asked. It allows you to protect the apartment against all damages and possible thefts.  The deposit also makes it possible to recover any unpaid rent.
The amount of the deposit depends on the surface area of the rented apartment:

How to pay the security deposit?

 by authorizing your credit card before your arrival. An email will be sent to you in this direction before your arrival.

It will be returned to you in full if no deterioration or damage has been caused. observed in the apartment and if it is left in a good state of cleanliness. Any deposit will be invoiced and retained from the security deposit.

Application fees

30€ Including tax for management fees you will be charged for your reservation. This allows us to maintain a high level of service. Our company does not charge you additional fees for bank transactions.

No withdrawal period:

Under article L.121-17 of the Consumer Code, the consumer is informed that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised without prior notice. for hosting service contracts other than residential hosting.

Cancellation conditions

If your cancellation occurs 5 days before your arrival date, the amounts paid will be refunded in full, less an amount of 30 euros. Including tax for administrative fees. If cancellation occurs less than 5 days before arrival, no money will be returned. We must be informed of your cancellation of your stay by mail or email. Cancellations by telephone will not be taken into account.

Cancellations due to O Lord

In the event that unforeseeable events (fire – damage – burglary etc…) make the apartment inaccessible, Paris Otherwise undertakes to ensure that the apartment is not accessible. relocate you to an apartment of the same category located near as close as possible to the one you have chosen without this changing anything in terms of date or price. In the hypothesis where change cannot be made, the entirety of this change cannot be made. Any amounts collected by us will be refunded to you. Compensation of 30 € will then be paid by Paris Autre to the customer.

Changes to; your request

These are changes made to the date of arrival, departure or apartment. If the modification occurs 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, no fees will be charged. No Modification will be accepted beyond this date. 5 days before your arrival.

What do the proposed prices include?

The proposed prices include all charges and taxes related to the price. the apartment included (water - gas - electricity - household linen - reception). Exit cleaning is obligatory.

Inputs – Exits

Arrival:

Our reception is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. 11 p.m. We guarantee that the apartment will be ready for 2 p.m. If the apartment is not occupied, please contact us. the previous night we offer you the possibility of to arrive before 2 p.m. Please contact our reception to request it.

Departure:

Check out must be done before 11 a.m.  

Luggage:

We put at agrave; provision, for our customers, of luggage storage. Luggage will be held free of charge for customers on the day of their arrival and the day of their departure.

Beyond of 24 hours, the following billing will be applied: 5 Euros per baggage per day.
